摘要
依据南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程渠道1标档案管理工作的实际情况,采用层次分析的方法,建立了档案管理评价指标体系和评价阈值,分析了档案管理组织机构、档案整理与归档、档案接收后的管理等敏感指标,并对其进行评价。结论为档案管理综合评价值G=0.93,评价为优良,与实际情况基本吻合。
The practical situation of archive management is evaluated for the No. 1 contract section of the Water Diversion Works from the Yangtze River to the Hanjiang River of the Middle Route Project in the South-to-north Water Diversion Project by the analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation index system and thresholds are established. Then,several sensitive indicators,including the archive management organization,file classification and archiving,and management after receiving the archive files,are discussed and evaluated. It shows that the comprehensive evaluation index G for archive management is 0. 93,which is of the A grade.
