摘要 梯级电站集控中心在电站送出系统异常时,需立即按照电网相关事故原则快速减负荷并兼顾梯级水库的应急调度。以溪洛渡右岸电站为例,详细介绍了其快速减负荷的事件背景、特征,并研究了相应的应急处置措施,为集控中心流域应急指挥、提升事故处理效率、水电联动等提供了借鉴与参考。 When a system failure signal is sent by a power plant to the cascade dispatching and control center,a fast runback should be taken following the power grid emergency disposal principles and also emergency dispatching of the cascade reservoirs should be considered. The background and characteristics of the fast runback event of the right bank power plant in Xiluodu Hydropower Station is introduced in detail. Emergency disposal measures are then proposed correspondingly. It could provide a useful reference for cascade dispatching and control centers in the emergency disposal and improve their accident management efficiency.
