摘要
以永宁风电场为例,介绍了风电场工程建设中影响工程进度的主观因素和客观因素,对影响因因素进行了分析,总结了永宁风电场工程建设进度管理的成功做法,为今后风电场工程建设提供借鉴。
Taking the Yongning Wind Farm as example,subjective and objective factors that could affect the construction schedule of wind power farms are discussed. Several influencing factors are analyzed in detail. Successful experience in construction schedule management in the Yongning Wind Farm is summarized. It could be a useful reference for similar projects.
