乌东德水电站原生植物资源移栽创新管理模式

An Innovative Management Model for the Transplanting of Native Plant Resources in Wudongde Hydropower Station

为保护和利用施工区原生植物,乌东德水电站通过开展施工区原生植物资源分布情况调查,编制施工区树木移栽规划设计,利用市场竞争机制和招投标管理手段,提出了乌东德水电站现有原生植物移栽的创新管理模式,成功地实施施工区可利用原生植物移栽,保护了自然资源,节约了绿化工程投资,应用前景广阔。

In order to protect and utilize the native plants in the construction area of the Wudongde Hydropower Station,an innovative management model is proposed and adopted for the transplanting of native plant resources. A survey of the native plant distribution is carried out firstly. A plant transplanting scheme is then designed. The market competition mechanism and the bidding management method is also adopted. Practice shows that the native plant transplanting work in the construction area is successfully. While the natural resources are protected,investment on the greening project is also saved. It could be a useful reference for similar projects.
