在省域范围内全面开展农村金融改革试点,是释放农村金融制度供给活力的重大创新。吉林省作为国家粮食主产区和老工业基地,农村金融服务供给侧存在的结构性问题更为突出,需要从制度供给视角完善农村金融体制机制,优化"三农"领域金融生态环境。近年来九台国家级金融改革试验区的实践,从市场和政府两个层面配套联动,为全省推进农村金融制度供给改革提供了有益启示,为构建多层次的农村金融服务体系和有效制度供给格局探索了有效路径。

As one of the country＇s major grain producing areas and old industrial bases, the structural problems in the supply side of rural financial services in Jilin province are more prominent. We need to improve the rural financial system from the perspective of institutional supply, optimize the financial environment in the field of agriculture. In recent years, the practice of Jiutai national financial reform pilot area, from two aspects of the market and the government reform, Jiutai experimental area provides beneficial enlightenment for the reform of rural financial system in Jilin province. In addition, it has explored the effective way to construct the multi-level rural financial service system and the effective system supply pattern.
