摘要
为解决我国当代外墙外保温板的容易脱落问题,提高外墙外保温板系统的安全系数,推广更加安全的建筑节能系统。H型托架式外墙外保温系统在原有的保温板的粘贴作用下,H型托架对外保温板具有加固外墙外保温板系统的作用。采用ANSYS数值模拟软件对H型托架进行受力分析,确定H型托架的尺寸。通过对H型托架式的应用研究得出H型托架具有较高的安全系数、简易的施工方法、快捷的施工速度等优势。
In order to solve the problem of falling of the external wall insulation board in China, and improve the safety factor of the external insulation board system, the building energy saving system is promoted. H-type bracket exterior insulation system in the original heat preservation plate, the role of the external insulation board is fixed through the H-type bracket. The stress analysis of the H-type bracket is utilized to determine the size of the H-type bracket. Through the application of the H-type bracket, it is concluded that the H-type bracket has the advantages of high safety factor, simple construction method,quick construction speed and so on.
