摘要
针对纺织空调风系统,从运行能耗最优化角度出发,建立主要耗能设备的能耗优化模型。结合实际某细纱车间冷负荷数据、室外气候条件及耗能设备配置,运用MATLAB软件进行优化求解。旨在获得某一工况条件下风系统最小运行能耗及相应的风量、水量参数,为节能提供指导作用。
For textile air conditioning air system, the optimization model of energy consumption of main energy consuming equipment is established from the perspective of energy consumption optimization.Combining with the actual spinning workshop's cooling load, outdoor climate condition and energy consuming equipment configuration, MATLAB software is introduced to solve the optimization problem. The minimum air system energy consumption and the corresponding amount of wind, water parameters under certain operating conditions are obtained to provide guidance for the energy-saving.
