国内智库数据库建设的实践与思考

The Practice and Thinking of Domestic Think-tank Database Construction- Using the Paper Database as an Example

智库是对知识的再生产,它离不开信息和数据的支持,因此,智库数据库应运而生。国内智库数据库发展现状还比较薄弱,本文通过现有的皮书数据库为例进行说明与分析,指出智库数据库建设中存在的问题,并以此进行思考,提出相应的可行性措施作为对策,以期促进智库数据库的发展。

Think tank is a reproduction of knowledge, with the support of information and data, therefore, think tank database comes into being. The development status of domestic think tank database is still relatively weak. Taking the existing Paper-database as an example to analyze, this article points out the problems existing in the construction of think tank database, then proposes appropriate measures to promote the development of think tank database.
