计算机导航下经椎弓螺钉内固定治疗强直性脊柱炎合并颈胸椎骨折7例

7 cases ankylosing spondylitis with cervicothoracic fracture treated by vertebral arch screw internal fixation under computer navigation

随着医学技术的发展进步,计算机导航被越来越广泛地应用于临床骨科手术中,其具有精确度高,损伤小等优点,尤其在脊柱手术中表现更为突出。笔者通过对7例强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)合并颈胸椎骨折的患者应用计算机导航经椎弓螺钉内固定的方法进行治疗,从住院时间、恢复日常生活所需时间、日本骨科协会(Japanese orthopaedic association,JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)评分等方面进行观察,得出计算机导航下经椎弓螺钉内固定治疗AS并颈胸椎骨折具有良好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。

With the development of medical technology, computer navigation is more and more widely used in clinical orthopedic surgery. Owing to its advantages of high accuracy and little injury,etc. computer navigation especially performed more prominent in spine surgery. The author introduced 7 cases of ankylosing spondylitis（AS） with cervicothoracic fracture were treated by vertebral arch screw internal fixation under computer navigation, and observed their length of hospital stay, time required for the recovery of daily life, Japanese orthopaedic association（JOA） score, oswestry disability index（ODI） score,ect. concluded that AS with cervicothoracic fracture treated by vertebral arch screw internal fixation under computer navigation has good clinical effect and deserves clinical application.
