妊娠期甲状腺功能减退对孕妇和子代的影响及干预治疗 被引量：4

摘要 妊娠期甲状腺功能减退（妊娠期甲减）是指促甲状腺激素（TSH）高于妊娠期参考值上限,并且游离甲状腺激素（FT4）低于妊娠期参考值下限。有研究表明我国妊娠期甲减的患病率约为1%左右[1]。妊娠期甲减可造成严重的后果,如孕妇的流产、早产、胎盘早剥、妊娠期高血压的发生率明显增加[2],也可致胎儿宫内发育迟滞（intrauterine growth retardation,
