摘要
以变锥角圆台件为研究对象,基于渐进成形机理并运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元模拟软件,以成形件的等效应力和成形件中截面的回弹量为主要研究指标,研究了不同工艺参数对AZ31B镁合金板材无模单点温渐进成形回弹的影响,重点分析了成形温度、摩擦条件和工具头直径对AZ31B镁合金板材无模单点温渐进成形后工件回弹量的影响规律。研究结果表明:当成形温度为250℃,静摩擦系数为0.2、动摩擦系数为0.1,工具头直径在Ф10~Ф12 mm范围时,最有利于对AZ31B镁合金板材无模单点温渐进成形后成形件回弹的控制。
For the variable angle truncated cone,based on the incremental forming mechanism and chosen equivalent stress and section's springback value of forming part as major research objects,the influences of different process parameters on the springback of single point warm incremental forming were studied by software ANSYS / LS- DYNA. Furthermore,the influence regulations of forming temperature,friction conditions and tool diameter on the springback of single point warm incremental forming for magnesium alloy AZ31 B were researched mainly. The results show that the springback can be effectively controlled when the forming temperature is 250 ℃,the static friction coefficient is 0. 2,the coefficient of kinetic frictionis is 0. 1 and the diameter of the tool is Ф10- Ф12 mm.
