浙江省中药饮片量价双控政策在公立中医院实施情况研究

Research on the Implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces Quantity and Price Dual Control Policy in Public Chinese Medicine Hospitals of Zhejiang

目的:研究近三年浙江省中药饮片量价双控政策在公立中医院的实施情况。方法:通过访谈、问卷调查及文献检索查阅等方法。结果:浙江省量价双控政策有效遏制了中药饮片滥用现象,降低了群众的医疗负担。但存在中药涨价、医改诊察费提高等实际问题。结论:适时调整中药饮片双控政策,满足群众健康需求,促进公立中医院健康持续发展。

Objective： To research on the implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces quantity and price dual control policy in publie Chinese medicine hospitals in last 3 years. Methods： Interviews, questionnaires, literature search and oth- er methods were applied. Results： Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces quantity and price dual control policy effectively con- trolled the abuse of traditional Chinese medicine, reduced the medical burden of the residents. But there were still practical problems of traditional Chinese medicine prices and the increasing of medical diagnostic fees. Conclusion： It needed to timely adjust traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces dual eontrol policy, meet the health demand of the residents and promote the healthy and sustain- able development of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
