The Impact of Population Urbanization on Health Expenditure in China

目的:城镇化对卫生费用的影响是肯定的,试图搞清楚其复杂的影响机制是本研究的主旨。方法:采用理论与实证相结合、定性与定量相结合的方法,从人口结构分布的角度探讨人口城镇化对卫生费用的影响及作用机理。结果:基于2000—2012年的统计数据进一步分析城镇化与卫生费用及城镇人口增长率与城镇人口个人卫生支出的变化关系,分析结果均揭示不能简单地认为城镇化或城镇人口是促进卫生费用上涨的单一且决定因素。结论:城镇化对卫生费用的影响是多因素综合作用的结果。

Objective： The impact of urbanization on health expenditure was definite. The aim was on figuring the complicated influencing mechanism. Methods： Based on the theory and empirical, qualitative and quantitative combination, it discussed the impact anti influencing mechanism of population urbanization on health expenditure from the perspective of population structure distribution. Results： Based on the statistic data between 2000 and 2012, it further analyzed the changes and relationships among urbanization, urban population growth rate and urban individual health expenditure. The analysis results could not decide that urbanization and urban population was the single determinant for improving the increase of health expenditure. Conclusion： The impact of urbanization on health expenditure was resuhed by the comprehensive function of multi-factors.
