我国居民收入变化对卫生费用的影响及作用机理分析

Analysis on the Impact of Resident Income Changes on the Health Expenditure and Its Functional Mechanism in China

目的:卫生消费是消费结构的重要组成部分,明确收入变化对卫生费用的影响及作用机理是本研究的研究主旨。方法:采用理论与实证相结合、定性与定量相结合的方法探讨城乡居民收入变化对卫生费用的影响及作用机理。结果:基于2000—2013年的统计数据分析城乡居民收入变化与卫生费用及卫生保健支出的变化关系,分析结果发现城乡居民卫生费用变化与收入变化轨迹并非一致,且城乡居民卫生费用变化波动规律并非相同。结论:由于我国二元经济结构特征的存在,城镇和农村居民在卫生消费方面有显著差异,收入水平的提高并非是决定卫生费用上涨的单一因素。

Objective： Heahh consumption was the important constitution of consumption structure. The aim of research was de- fining the impact of income changes oll health expenditure and its functional mechanism. Methods： The methods of the theory, and empirical, qualitative and quantitative combination were applied to discuss the impact of urban and rural resident income changes on health expenditure and its functional mechanism. Results： Based on the statistic data between 2000 and 2013, it analyzed the income changes of urban and rural residents, studied the changing relationships health expenditure and health care expenditure. The research result showed that urban and rural resident health expenditure changes and income changing track was inconsistent, while the changing regulations of urban and rural resident health expenditure was not the same. Conclusion： Since the existence of constitution characteristics of ＂dual economy＂ in China, there were significant differences in health consumption among urban and rural residents. The improvement of income level was not the Single factor for the increase of health expenditure.
