摘要
为了削弱汽车门锁系统对开关门声品质造成的影响,通过优化门锁内部结构、在门锁内各机构间接触部位增加缓冲装置、调整止动爪弹簧力值、优化旋转卡板与锁扣间切入角度、提高锁扣安装点刚度等措施,减小开关门瞬间门锁与锁扣产生的撞击及门锁内部各机构之间的撞击声。通过对优化后的门锁进行声学测试和实际评价可知,客观测试数据和主观评价感受均达到了预期效果。
To lessen the influence of vehicle door lock system on door opening-closing sound quality, this research attempts to minimize the impact between door lock and lock latch during the short moment of opening and closing, and impact sounds among various components inside the door locks by means of optimizing the internal structure of door lock, adding buffer devices in the contact areas among different components in door locks, adjusting spring force value of locking claw, optimizing the entry angle between rotary clamping plate and lock latch, and enhancing the stiffness of lock latch setup points. It is concluded from acoustic testing of the optimized door lock and practical evaluation that both objective test data and subjective feeling of evaluation have achieved the desired effect.
