摘要
报道了国际上光增益型集成光学陀螺(IOGWOG)的研究进展和本课题组在该领域的研究成果,展示了通过半导体光放大器、受激拉曼散射以及稀土离子受激辐射的方式实现光增益型陀螺的技术路线,指出了目前研究中存在的问题和今后的发展方向。可以预见,结合新效应的光增益型陀螺将会是未来的研究热点,并且逐步向低成本、小体积的全光集成陀螺发展,在惯性导航领域具有广阔的应用前景。
The research progress of the integrated optical gyroscope with optical gain (IOGWOG) in the world and the results of our group are reported. The IOGWOG is realized by the ways of semiconductor optical amplifier, stimulated Raman scattering and stimulated radiation of rare earth ions. Some problems in recent research and the future development direction are pointed out. It is foreseed that IOGWOG combined with new effect will be the new research hot in the future and the low cost, small volume-optical integrated gyroscope will be developed step by step. It will process wide application prospect in the field of inertial navigation.
