关于科技项目成果评估研究内容的分析与思考

The analysis and thinking about the contents of achivements evaluation of S&T projects

将目前科技项目的成果评估分为4个研究层次,并对成果评估的研究内容总结概括为5个方面:项目结题验收评价的研究、成果综合评价模型的构建和实践研究、成果评估方法的修正研究、成果计量统计研究、成果的管理研究。认为国内外的科技项目成果评估研究的侧重点略有差异,大规模的、历时的成果价值评价研究较少涉及,应进一步深入开展内容层面的评价研究。

In this paper,the project achievements evaluation contents are divided into four levels,and summarized as five aspects：the research about final project evaluation,the research about construction and practice of comprehensive evaluation models,the research about the improvement of evaluation method,the research about outputs statistics,the research about the project outputs management.It is considered that the focus of the research on the evaluation of scientific and technological projects at home and abroad is slightly different,and the research on the evaluation of the value of large scale and duration is less,research on the evaluation of the content level should be further carried out.
