国际大都市科技创新与金融“双中心”建设的经验与启示——以纽约、伦敦为例

如今快速发展的社会经济时代,国际大都市之间的竞争主要演变为科技创新与金融两方面的竞争,同时也是国家之间的竞争。因此建设以科技创新与金融"双中心"的国际型大都市对于区域性城市竞争的发展有着极为重大的影响,对于推动国家整体经济的发展也有着必不可少的帮助。本文通过分析与研究国际型大都市纽约与伦敦的成长历程以及经验,总结出成为国际大都市要具备的条件及未来发展的趋势,再结合我国城市如北京、上海的发展现状,对其建设科技创新与金融"双中心"提供经验借鉴与启示。

the rapid development of the social and economic era,the competition between international metropolis is the main evolution of science and technology innovation and the two aspects of competition,but also the competition between countries.Therefore,the construction of scientific and technological innovation and financial＂double center＂international metropolis for the development of regional urban competition has a very significant impact on the development of the national economy as a whole also have essential help.Through analyzing and studying the development and experience of international metropolis New York and London,this paper summarizes the conditions and the future development of international metropolis,and then combined with the development status of China＇s cities such as Beijing and Shanghai.
