环境规制、外商直接投资与技术进步——对OECD国家“波特假说”的检验

Environmental Regulations,Foreign Direct Investment and Technological Progress——Testing“Porter Hypothesis”in OECD Country

利用2004-2013年30个OECD成员国数据,在进行全要素增长率测算的基础上,进行动态面板GMM估计,结果显示：环境规制水平的提高有助于技术进步率的提高,滞后FDI对技术进步的作用显著为负,即＂波特假说＂成立。

In this paper,we using 30 OECD member data from 2004 to 2013,based on performing Compute TFP,carried out dynamic panel GMM estimation,have following conclusions：increase the level of environmental regulation can helps to improve the rate of technological progress,the role of lag of FDI to technological progress is significantly negative,that is,＂Porter hypothesis＂holds.
