河南省经济发展与粮食生产耦合协调分析

Analysis of the coupling coordination between economic development and grain production in Henan Province

构建经济发展系统和粮食生产系统指标体系,运用耦合灰色关联度模型和耦合协调模型,探究河南省经济发展系统和粮食生产系统随时间耦合的关系,并对县域单元进行耦合协调类型划分。研究发现:河南省经济发展对粮食生产的胁迫作用和粮食生产对经济发展的制约作用均较为明显。河南省经济发展和粮食生产的耦合度空间分布呈现出"东南高,西北低"的梯度分异特征。结合人均GDP把河南省109个县域划分为低水平耦合、拮抗、磨合、协调4种发展阶段类型:低水平耦合型主要分布在豫西、豫北山地区域;拮抗型数量最多,河南省大部分县域处于经济发展和粮食生产的拮抗阶段;磨合型主要分布在市辖区周边,数量最少;协调型主要分布在河南省西北侧边界线和郑州、洛阳、许昌构成的"T"字形区域内。结合河南省县域耦合协调类型,提出粮食生产指标交易制度对策建议。

Applying the gray correlation coupling model by using county-level data, this paper explored the relationship between economic development and grain production in Henan Province. Results showed that： in Henan Province, economic development imposed a forcing influence on grain production, but grain production exhibited a restricting influence on economic development. The coupling coordination degree between economic development and grain production displayed unbalanced gradient distribution with high in the Southeast region and low in the Northwest region. Based on per capita GDP and the coupling coordination levels, the 109 counties in Henan Province could be divided into four stages, including the ＂the isolated counties＂ in the Western and Northern mountainous areas with almost no inter-county coordination exist, ＂the antagonistic counties＂ in the majority of the counties in Henan Province with modest economic development and grain production levels, ＂the developing counties＂ in the least number of counties surrounding big cities and ＂the balanced coupling coordination counties＂ in the Northwestern Henan and a T-shaped area of Zhengzhou, Luoyang, and Xuchang. Based on the findings from this research, this paper also provided some policy suggestions for the balanced economic development and grain production in Henan Province.
