摘要
海洋经济是目前中国国民经济新的增长点,各地区海洋生产能力不尽相同,呈现出明显的地区异质性。本文基于构建的渔业经济投入产出指标体系,采用面板回归结合分位数与变系数回归的方法,分析了我国沿海渔业经济的地区差异性问题。结果表明,渔船等资本要素的投入对中国渔业经济发展有较强的贡献作用,渔业从业人员、水产养殖面积对中国沿海地区渔业经济的推动作用有限。渔业经济处于规模报酬递增阶段,科技已经成为渔业经济发展的重要推动力,需要进一步提高渔业科技成果的转化率。沿海渔业各种资源目前还未达到最优配置,泛珠江三角洲地区渔业发展投入资源配置利用优于长江三角洲和环渤海地区,各地区渔业经济发展呈现较大的异质性。
China's marine economy has developed rapidly and became the new growth point of national economy. At the same time, the regional marine production capacity in China shows a significant regional heterogeneity. Based on construction of input and output evaluation system of fishery economy, and applying the combination of panel data and quantile regression, variable coefficient regression methods, this paper analyzes the regional heterogeneity of the input and output of coastal fishery economy in China. Empirical results show that fishing boats and other capital inputs contribute significantly to the economic development in China fishery industry. However, fishery workers, the size of aquaculture area of fisheries play limited roles in China coastal fishery economy. Result also indicates that China's fishery economy is in the stage of increasing returns to scale and science and technology has become an important driving force for the development of fishery economy in China. Coastal fisheries resources in China have not yet reached the optimal allocation status. Fishery development input allocation utilization in Pan Pearl River Delta region is superior to that in Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai region. In general, the fishery economy developments in different regions show significant heterogeneity.
