摘要
为了解秦岭水域底栖动物的群落结构特征和多样性规律,于2014年4月采集调查秦岭水域底栖动物样本并对其群落结构和分布特征进行分析。结果显示,共鉴定出底栖动物33种,隶属3门5纲17科,其中,水生昆虫占绝大部分,共12科;底栖动物密度为0~145ind/m^2。其中,四节蜉(Baetis)出现频率最高,食底泥者是底栖动物主要的功能摄食类群。单因素方差分析(ANOVA)表明,秦岭水域底栖动物物种多样性指数、物种均匀度和物种丰富度指数在不同采样位点之间差异均不显著。
In order to preliminary understanding Qinling water area of zoobenthos community structure characteristics and diversity,and provide basic data for the research on water ecology.This study in April of 2014 sampling investigation,we investigate the zoobenthos community structure and distribution of research in the Qinling water area.The results showed that 16 sampling point,a total of 18 kinds of animals on earth,belonging to 3door,belonging to 17 families and 5classes,most of aquatic insects,belonging to 12 families,and the density varied from 0ind/m^2 to 145ind/m^2 of Qinling water area.The survey found that Baetis was the most frequently found among all the zoobenthos.The deposit feeder were numerically dominate in the Qinling water area.The Shannon-Weiner index,Pielou evenness index,species richness index had not significant difference between the different sampling sites.
