摘要
目的研究藏药芫根(Brassica rapa L.)提取物对小鼠常压缺氧的保护功能。方法通过建立小鼠常压缺氧模型,设置纯水为空白对照,盐酸普萘洛尔为阳性对照,观察不同剂量的芫根水提取物对小鼠常压缺氧的保护作用。结果 15g/kg剂量的芫根水提取物在一定时间内能够明显延长小鼠在常压缺氧状态下的存活时间。结论芫根提取物能够延长小鼠在常压缺氧状态下的存活时间,具有一定的实效性和抗缺氧活性。
Objective To investigate the anti-hypoxia effect of Tibetan medicine Brassica rapa L. on mice,the model of mice in hypoxia under ordinary pressures was performed. Method Using distilled water as a blank control and propranolol hydrochloride as a positive control,the survival time was recorded to evaluate the anti-hypoxia effect of different doses water extract of Tibetan medicine Brassica rapa L. Results The results showed that 15 g / kg water extract Tibetan medicine Brassica rapa L. prolonged the survival time of mice in hypoxia under ordinary pressure significantly. Conclusion Tibetan medicine Brassica rapa L. has anti-hypoxia activity and is able to prolong the survival time of mice in hypoxia with time-offect.
