摘要
目的探讨瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪定对小儿先心病手术镇痛效果及术后氧化应激产物的影响。方法收集先天性室间隔缺损拟行体外循环下修补手术的患儿42例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各21例,分别给予相应的治疗,治疗结束后,对所有患儿的血清丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)水平及术后2 h、4 h、6 h、12 h、24 h的视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分进行检测。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,实验组患儿的血清MDA水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患儿的血清SOD、GSH-Px水平较高(P<0.05);实验组患儿术后2h、4 h、6 h、12 h、24 h的VAS评分较低(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪定对小儿先心病手术患者具有良好的镇痛效果,还能够减轻体外循环引起的氧化应激损伤。
Objective To analysis the effect of remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine on analgesic effect and oxidative stress products in children with congenital heart disease operation. Methods 42 children who were diagnosed with congenital ventricular septal defect undergoing repair surgery under extracorporeal circulation were collected. All children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,21 cases in each group. Corresponding treatment were given respectively,after the treatment,the serum levels of MDA,SOD,GSH-Px and 2 h,4 h,6 h,12 h,24 h VAS score after operation were detected in all children. Results After treatment,compared with control group,the serum level of MDA was lower in the experimental group( P〈0. 05); the serum level of SOD and GSH-Px were higher in the experimental group( P〈0. 05); the 2h,4h,6h,12 h,24h VAS score after operation was lower in the experimental group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine have good analgesic effect on children with congenital heart disease operation,also can reduce the oxidative stress injury induced by cardiopulmonary bypass.
