小儿手足口病患者应用干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗的方案探讨分析

Interferon combined with Yanhuning in treating children with hand-foot-mouth disease

目的探讨小儿手足口病患者应用干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗的效果。方法针对绍兴市中心医院儿科2014年4月~2015年4月的78例手足口病（hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD）患儿,随机平均分为3组,每组26例。联合组采用干扰素＋炎琥宁治疗,而炎琥宁组采用炎琥宁治疗,干扰素组采用干扰素治疗。5~7 d为1个疗程,3组均治疗1个疗程。治疗后观察临床症状好转情况及治愈率。结果联合组退热、流涕治愈、咳嗽治愈及抽搐消失时间均显著短于炎琥宁组、干扰素组（P〈0.05）。联合组手足疹消退、口腔疹消退时间及总病程显著短于炎琥宁组、干扰素组（P〈0.05）。联合组与炎琥宁组治愈率差异有统计学意义（96.15%vs.76.92%;χ~2=4.127,P=0.0034）,联合组与干扰素组治愈率差异有统计学意义（96.15%vs.73.08%;χ~2=5.318,P=0.0027）。结论干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病患者优于单一的抗病毒药物。

Objective To research the effect of interferon combined with Yanhuning on children with hand-foot-mouth disease（ HFMD）. Methods78 cases of children with HFMD from April 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into three groups,26 cases in each group. The combination group received interferon combined with Yanhuning,the Yanhuning group received Yanhuning and the interferon group received interferon. All patients received one course of 5 to 7 days. The improvements of clinical symptoms and recovery rate were observed post-treatment. Results The defervescence time,healing time of rhinorrhoea and cough,disappearance time of convulsion in combination group were significantly shorter than Yanhuning group and interferon group（ P〈0. 05）. The disappearance time of rash on the hands and feet and oral herpetic disorder were shorter than Yanhuning group and interferon group（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant difference in recovery rate between combination group and Yanhuning group（ 96. 15% vs. 76. 92%;χ~2= 4. 127,P = 0. 0034）,between combination group and interferon group（ 96. 15% vs. 73. 08%; χ~2= 5. 318,P = 0. 0027）. Conclusion Interferon combined with Yanhuning has the better effect than single antiviral drug.
