噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合心理干预治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的效果观察

Effects of tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的观察成噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合心理干预治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床效果。方法选取上海市浦东医院呼吸内科2013年4月~2015年2月收治的确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的患者共70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例,对照组给予噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合心理干预进行治疗,随访并记录2组患者血气指标和疗效情况。结果治疗2周后,观察组血气指标PaO_2、PaCO_2均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后的总有效率为88.57%,高于对照组71.43%（P〈0.05）。结论噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合心理干预治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾稳定期效果良好,优于单独运用噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗,能有效控制患者症状。

Objective To investigate the effects of tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 70 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from April 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group. Control group were given tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation treatment,observation group were combined with psychological interventionion for treatment on the basis of control group,blood gas and efficacy of the two groups were followd-up and recorded. Results After 2 weeks of treatment,blood gas PaO2,PaCO2 of observation group respectively superior to control group（ P〈0. 05）. Observation group total effective rate of 88. 57% was higher than 71. 43%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has good efficacy,which is superior to single use of tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation,can effectively control symptoms.
