脉冲给药系统的释药机制及其剂型在药剂学的研究进展

Research progress in release mechanism and forms of pulse delivery system

目的:介绍脉冲给药系统的释药机制及在其剂型药剂学中的应用进展。方法:查阅近年来的中外相关文献,对脉冲给药系统的释药机制及其剂型的发展情况进行综述。结果:脉冲给药系统的释药机制包括膨胀爆释、脉冲塞胶囊、生物化学和物理化学因素触发,其应用剂型主要有片剂、微丸、胶囊剂、膜剂、注射剂和栓剂。结论:随着医药水平的不断提高,满足时辰药理学的脉冲释制剂在未来的药剂学领域会有广泛的应用,具有良好的发展前景。

Objiective： To introduce progress in the release mechanisms and forms of pulse delivery system in the field of pharmacy. Methods： Release mechanisms of pulse drug delivery system and the development of forms were reviewed through searching the literature home and abroad in recent years. Results： The release mechanisms of pulse delivery system comprise the expansion burst release,pulse plug capsule,and trigger by biochemical,physical and chemical factors. It is mainly applied in tablets,pellets,capsules,films,injections,and suppositories. Conclusion： With increasing levels of medication,pulse release formulations meet chronopharmacological needs,and will be widely used in fields of pharmaceutics with good development prospects.
