摘要
主动配电网的运行因分布式电源的接入一直存在不确定性增强、运行场景多变的问题。为更为准确深刻地揭示主动配电网的内在特性,提出信息物理融合环境下的主动配电网动态潮流计算实现机理;考虑风电与储能的接入后的运行场景持续变化,以寻求分布式电源有效出力的可信容量为目的,提出一种以连续分配不平衡功率由储能分担为核心的配电网动态潮流计算方法。算例结果表明:提出的基于信息物理融合的动态潮流方法相较概率潮流等方法能够更好地揭示配电网在强不确定性及扰动频繁条件下的运行特征。
It introduces increasing uncertainties and variable scenarios on operation characteristics of active distribution network(ADN) since the integration of intermittent distributed energy sources(DERs). It illustrated implementing mechanism of power flow calculation for ADN in the context of cyber physical system, in order to reveal intrinsic characteristics of ADN more precisely and deeply. Considering consecutive scenario variations when wind turbine and energy storage system(ESS) integrated, a dynamic power flow method was proposed which the essence is about continuously allocating unbalanced active power by adjusting ESS, with the calculation of confidential capacity of DERs as the research purpose. The result shows that the proposed method, namely cyber and physics fusion based dynamic power flow method, can better reflect the operation status of ADN under the circumstances of strong uncertainties and frequent disturbances than that of probabilistic method.
