文章全面分析了黑龙江省林下中草药GAP基地建设的必要性和可行性,并基于中草药种植业GAP的标准,确定黑龙江省林下中草药产业源头的GAP基地、生产品种、生产企业的选择,提出黑龙江省林下中草药GAP基地运营的"龙头企业+特色规模生产+林户"和"医药公司+种植基地+科研单位+林户"的组织模式。

The paper comprehensively analyzes the necessity and feasibility of construct the GAP base of the understory traditional Chinese medicine chain in Heilongjiang Province.And base on the GAP planting standard of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine,the paper determines the GAP base,the production variety and the production enterprises of the understory traditional Chinese medicine industry source.The papaer proposes the organization operation mode of the understory traditional Chinese medicine GAP base in Heilongjiang provience that means＂Leading enterprise Distinctive Scale-production Forestry Farmers＂and＂Medicine Companies Planting Base Research Institution Forestry Farmers ＂.
