摘要
立足于云南特殊的法学专业开放教育环境,从自身学员构成特点来分析云南法学专业开放教育的功能定位,以认知教育为云南法学专业开放教育的功能定位和以学历教育和证书教育作为法学专业开放教育的办学形式符合云南实际。
Based on the Yunnan special legal education environment and the self- own characteristics of learner constitution, the functional orientation of legal major education of open education has been analyzed. The functional orientation of the legal major education of the open education is positioned in line with the actuality of Yunnan. And on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of legal major education of the open education, academic education and certificate education have been proposed as form of legal major education.
