交易银行:我国商业银行创新模式研究

Transaction Banking:Study on the Patterns of Commercial Bank Innovation in China

随着利率市场化的逐渐深入、金融脱媒的加剧、互联网金融的繁荣发展,交易银行成为我国商业银行对公业务转型的必然选择。本文从交易银行产生的必然性出发,详细分析了我国商业银行发展交易银行业务面临的挑战,借鉴国外商业银行交易银行的发展经验,并提出相应的对策建议。

With the gradual deepening of the interest rate liberalization, the increasing financial dis-intermediation and the prosperous development of Interact finance, the transaction banking becomes the wise choice for the transition of commercial banking in its corporate business. Based on the inevitability of transaction banking, this article analyzes the challenges that commercial banks have been faced with in detail, draws lessons from the developmental experience of foreign commercial banks in developing transaction banking and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
