化浊解毒退黄方治疗重型肝炎20例

Twenty Cases of Severe Hepatitis Treated with Huazhuo Jiedu Tuihuang Decoction

目的观察化浊解毒退黄方治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将40例重型肝炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各20例,对照组采用保肝抗炎、增强机体免疫力治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用化浊解毒退黄方治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。结果:两组患者治疗后主要症状和肝功能均明显改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异有显著性;治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化浊解毒退黄方具有化浊解毒退黄、软肝散结作用,能明显提高重型肝炎的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Tuihuang Decoction（ HZJDTHD） on severe hepatitis. Methods： Forty patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 20 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given treatment for protecting liver,anti- inflammation,and enhancing immunity,while the ones in the treatment group were added HZJDTHD on the basic treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks continuously. Results： After the treatment,the main symptoms and liver functions of both groups were obviously improved（ P〈 0. 05）; And the differences between both groups had significant difference. The effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： HZJDTHD can dissolve turbidity,remove toxical material and jaundice and eliminate liver mass,greatly improve the clinical curative effect on severe hepatitis.
