中药外敷配合切开复位内固定治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折临床研究

The Clinical Research into Comminuted Calcaneal Fracture Treated with External Application of Chinese Herbs in Combination with Open Reduction and Internal Fixation

目的:观察中药外敷配合切开复位内固定治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取本院骨科粉碎性跟骨骨折患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。两组患者均行切开复位内固定手术及相同的术后康复治疗。术前治疗,对照组静脉滴注β-七叶皂苷纳,观察组在静脉滴注β-七叶皂苷纳的同时外敷本院自拟消肿止痛方。结果:观察组首次出现皮肤皱褶的平均时间明显短于对照组,且首次出现皮肤皱褶时,观察组患者的踝周径差值及足周径差值均明显大于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组患者临床疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:术前中药外敷配合切开复位内固定治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折有助于肿胀消退,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of external application of Chinese herbs in combination with open reduction and internal fixation on comminuted calcaneal fracture. Methods： Seventy-six patients who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group. All the patients in the two groups were given open reduction and internal fixation operation and the same postoperative recovery treatment. Before the treatment,the ones in the control group were given intravenousβ-sodium aescinate,while the ones in the observation group were added Self-made Xiaozhong Zhitong Prescription（ SMXZZTP）. Results： The average time for skin fold for the first time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,ant the patients＇ ankle circumference difference and foot circumference difference were significantly greater than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）; And the differences were statistically significant,but in terms of the clinical curative effect,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： External application of Chinese herbs before the treatment in combination with open reduction and internal fixation on comminuted calcaneal fracture,can help eliminate swelling and quicken the operation as early as possible.
