参术解毒汤联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床研究

The Clinical Research into Children's Rotavirus Enteritis Treated with Shenzhu Jiedu Decoction in Combination with Zinc Gluconate

目的:观察参术解毒汤联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年4月—2014年9月于本院儿科就诊的轮状病毒肠炎患儿124例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各62例,对照组给予纠正水电解质酸碱平衡、补液、微生态制剂等西医常规疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予参术解毒汤内服联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗。两组均连续治疗14 d。治疗后观察患儿发热、呕吐、腹泻症状的缓解治愈时间、脱水纠正时间及总病程。结果:对照组有效率为74.1%,明显低于治疗组的91.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的发热、呕吐、腹泻症状的缓解治愈时间、脱水纠正时间及总病程较对照组患儿明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组经治疗后的病毒转阴率明显低于治疗组,至治疗第10天后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参术解毒汤联合葡萄糖酸锌可以明显缓解轮状病毒肠炎患儿的临床症状,缩短治疗时间,更早纠正脱水,提高病毒转阴率,疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenzhu Jiedu Decoction（ SZJDD） in combination with zinc gluconate on children＇s rotavirus enteritis. Methods： One hundred and twenty-four patients with children＇s rotavirus enteritis who were treated in pediatrics department of our hospital between April of 2012 and Sept. of 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 62 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment to correct electrolyte acid-base balance,supplement fluids and micro-ecological agents,etc.,while the ones in the treatment group were added SZJDD based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days continuously,then fever,fever,vomiting,diarrhea symptoms relieving and curing time,the dehydrating correcting time and the total course were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 74. 1%,which was much lower than that of the treatment group： 91. 9%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. The children＇s fever,fever,vomiting,diarrhea symptoms relieving and curing time,the dehydrating correcting time and the total course time in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group; And the differences between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the virus negative changing rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of treatment group. And there was a significant difference between the groups after 10 days＇ treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： SZJDD in combination with zinc gluconate has precise clinical curative effect on children＇ s rotavirus enteritis,can significantly relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,shorten treatment time,early correct dehydration,and improve virus negative conversion rate.
