复方蒲芩片治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床研究

The Clinical Research into Recurrent Oral Ulcer Treated with Compound Pu Qin Tablets

目的：观察复方蒲芩片联合西药治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选择2012年4月—2014年5月就诊于本院的复发性口腔溃疡患者124例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各62例,对照组给予甘草锌胶囊联合口服维生素B2内服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予复方蒲芩片治疗,每次2~4片,日3次,连续治疗7 d。结果：对照组有效率为77.1%,治疗组有效率为91.9%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,比较有显著的差异性（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组患者的溃疡面积均较治疗前有所减小,治疗组患溃疡面积缩小程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后口腔疼痛有所缓解,VAS疼痛评分较治疗前有所降低,治疗组患者痛感明显减轻的最早起效时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论：复方蒲芩片联合西医常规疗法能有效缓解复发性口腔溃疡患者的痛感,起效快,疗效确切。

To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Pu Qin tablets（ CPQT） combined with Western medicine on recurrent oral ulcer. Methods： One hundred and twenty- four patients with recurrent oral ulcer who were treated in our hospital between April of 2012 and May of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 62 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given licorzine capsule in combination with vitamin B2 for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were added CPQT based on the treatment of the control group,2 to 4 tablets each time and 3 times a day. Both groups were treated for 7 days continuously. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 77. 1%,which was that of the treatment group was 91. 9%,which was much higher than the control group And the difference between them had significance（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the two groups＇ ulcer areas were reduced,and the reduced degree of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The two groups＇ mouth pain were relieved; VAS scores were reduced. In terms of the patients＇ pain relieving earliest onset time,the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： CPQT combined with routine Western medicine treatment has remarkable and quick clinical curative effect on recurrent oral ulcer,and can greatly relieve the patients＇ pain.
