中药熏方治疗肛周慢性湿疹疗效观察

The Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation on Perianal Eczema

目的:观察中药熏方联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将60例肛周湿疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组采用中药熏方外用治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外涂治疗,比较两组患者瘙痒评分、皮损面积、临床疗效等。结果:治疗组瘙痒及皮损改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗后7 d、14 d的有效率分别为70.00%、93.33%,均优于对照组的53.33%、60.00%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏方联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine fumigation in combination with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream on perianal eczema. Methods： Sixty patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine fumigation,while the ones in the group were given triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream for external application. Then pruritus score,lesion size,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The pruritus score and the lesion improvement of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The effective rates of the treatment group on the 7th day and 14 th day were 70. 00% and 93. 33% respectively,while those of the control group were 53.33% and 60. 00% respectively; And the difference between them had significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine fumigation in combination with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream has remarkable clinical curative effect on perianal eczema.
