银翘马勃散加减合安乃近治疗上呼吸道感染84例

Eighty-four Cases of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection Treated with Lonicera and Forsythia and Puffball Fruiting Body Variant Powder in Combination with Analgin

目的:观察银翘马勃散加减合安乃近治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的84例上呼吸道感染患者随机分为银翘马勃散安乃近组、利巴韦林组和常规治疗组,常规治疗组嘱多饮水,多休息,口服布洛芬缓释片治疗,利巴韦林组采用利巴韦林片治疗,银翘马勃散安乃近组采用银翘马勃散加减合安乃近联合治疗,3组患者均治疗1周。结果:银翘马勃散安乃近组咽部疼痛等上呼吸道症状的起效以及缓解时间均优于利巴韦林组和常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者均未出现不良反应。结论:银翘马勃散加减合安乃近治疗上呼吸道感染安全有效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Lonicera and Forsythia and Puffball Fruiting Body Variant Powder in combination with analgin on upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： Eighty-four patients with upper respiratory tract infection who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the group of Lonicera and Forsythia and Puffball Fruiting Body Variant Powder in combination with analgin,the ribavirin group and the routine treatment group. The ones in the routine treatment group were asked to have more water and enough rest and take ibuprofen sustained-release tablets orally; The ones in the ribavirin group were treated with ribavirin,while the ones in group of Lonicera and Forsythia and Puffball Fruiting Body Variant Powder in combination with analgin were given Lonicera and Forsythia and Puffball Fruiting Body Variant Powder in combination with analgin. All the ones in the three groups were treated for one week. Results： Under the closer general situation,in terms of upper respiratory tract symptoms onset such as throat pain,etc. and remission time,the group of Lonicera and Forsythia and Puffball Fruiting Body Variant Powder in combination with analgin was superior to the ribavirin group and the routine treatment group; And the differences between them had significance（ P〈 0. 05）. All the patients in the three groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion： Lonicera and Forsythia and Puffball Fruiting Body Variant Powder in combination with analgin has reliable and safe clinical curative effect on upper respiratory tract infection.
