中医治疗胆碱能荨麻疹研究进展

The Research Progress of Cholinergic Urticaria Treated with TCM

西医治疗胆碱能荨麻疹方法有限,而通过中药内服、中西医结合、中药注射、针灸等方法治疗Ch U具有不良反应少、治愈率高、复发率低的优势。中医治疗该病虽然取得一定的成绩,但目前缺乏支持组方用药的药理依据,而且并非皆能药到病除。需要未来利用现代医学知识分析中医,在单味药基础上研究组方用药的药理意义,从而利用中医各种方法治疗疾病。

Western medicines therapy has limit in treating cholinergic urticaria（ Ch U）,but Chinese medicine for oral administration,combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,Chinese medicine injection therapy,acupuncture therapy,etc. have a lot of advantages such as fewer adverse reactions,high heating rate,low recurrence rate. TCM has obtained certain achievements in treating Ch U,but there is no pharmacological basis for supporting prescriptions. Besides,not all TCM can treat diseases very well. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze TCM by using modern medical knowledge,study pharmacological significance of prescriptions on the basis of single herb in order to treat diseases by using various methods of traditional Chinese medicine.
