Expression and clinical significance of Wip1 and p53 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 野生型p53诱导的磷酸酶1(wild-type p53-induced phosphatase 1,Wip1)是近年来新发现的一种原癌基因。研究发现,Wip1基因在多种人类肿瘤组织中高表达,且被认为与肿瘤的发生、发展有关。p53是一种重要的抑癌基因,约50%的人类肿瘤的发生与p53基因的突变及失活相关。
