中国科协代表制度系列研究(二)——中国科协八大代表现状分析

Research on the Representative System of China Association for Science and Technology Ⅱ:the Situation of the Representative in the 8th National Congress of China Association for Science and Technology

2011年,中国科协第八次全国代表大会在北京召开,共有1308名来自全国学会、协会、研究会、各省市科协等领域的科技工作者代表出席会议。他们是广大科技工作者中的优秀代表,他们履行代表职责的能力很大程度上决定了科协组织承担任务的能力。本文通过分析中国科协八大代表的重要性、构成现状,以及考察他们如何发挥作用,对目前八大代表的工作发展方向展开思考。

In 2011, the 8th National Congress of China Association for Science and Technology （CAST） was held in Beijing, a total of 1308 representative attended the meeting. They came from different organizations, such as national societies, local associations of science and technology in various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities down to the county level. They were the outstanding representative who came from the general scientific and technical workers, their capacities to perform duties determined the ability of CAST to assume the task. This paper focuses on the importance, the composition situation of the representative of CAST, examines how do they work recently, and puts forward the future development direction.
