摘要
以硫化钠为硫化剂,研究了硫化过程中不同条件下三种金属离子对菱锌矿浮选的影响。研究发现,常温情况下硫化钠难以对菱锌矿表面进行有效的硫化,通过添加金属离子(Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Zn^(2+))可以显著改善硫化过程。在金属离子浓度近乎等于硫化剂浓度时,菱锌矿可浮性最好。且Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的作用效果优于Zn^(2+),其作用后的菱锌矿具有较稳定的可浮性。Cu^(2+)/Pb^(2+)与硫化后菱锌矿表面生成的ZnS发生反应形成CuS/PbS,从而强化了硫化过程,使菱锌矿上浮。
The effect of metal ions( Cu^2+,Pb^2+,Zn^2+) on smithsonite during sulfidization with Na_2S in different conditions have been studied. The results show that it's hard to make smithsonite sulfidizing well at normal temperature,. But it can obviously make sulfidization better by reconditioning with metal ions( Cu^2+,Pb^2+,Zn^2+).The flotation of smithsonite can be achieved when the does of metal ions is nearly equal to the Na_2S's. Besides,The activation effect of Cu^2+/ Pb^2+ions are better than Zn^2+ion's for smithsonite has more stable flobility after activation with Cu^2+/ Pb^2+ions. The analysis implies that there is an ion exchange between Zn^2+and Cu^2+/ Pb^2+occurs on the sulfidized mineral surfaces resulting in strengthen sulfidizing process which make smithsonite flotation achieved.
