摘要 采用DCS和FCS相结合的方式,以西门子S7-300PLC作为下位机,西门子WinCC组态软件作为上位机,搭建了德兴铜矿HDS处理二厂的自动化系统,采用基于专家系统和传统的PID算法相结合的方式控制工艺中最关键的参数——中和反应池酸碱度。自动化系统投用后,提高了生产效率,降低了工人劳动强度,可以实现无人值守和全流程自动控制,取得了较好的使用效果。 We established the automation system in the Dexing copper second HDS processing plant combing with DCS and FCS which We established it using Siemens S7-300 PLC as the lower computer and Siemens WinCC configuration software as the upper monitor. We control p H of the neutralization reaction cell which is the most critical parameters using the method that based on both expert system and conventional PID algorithm. With the putting into use of automation system,it has improved the production efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of workers,and it can achieve the high level of unattended operation and full process automatic control,and it has acquired good effects.
