我国是农业大国,也是稻谷生产大国,约有一半以上的中国人以大米为主食,稻谷加工关乎人们健康和综合经济效益。在我国人多地少的现状和粮食安全问题日益突出的背景下,探讨合理利用和开发稻谷资源有着重要的现实需求和战略意义。

China is agricultural country which has the largest paddy output in the word. Half the Chinese people feed on rice, so rice processing is very important to the comprehensive economic benefit and the people’s health. The article recommended comprehensive d evelopment of the by-product of rice bran was needed at the background of the increasing conflict between more population and less land.
