Innovation and Development of Educational Administrative Work in Teaching Department of Higher Vocational Colleges

系部教务管理工作是高职院校教学活动的关键,是教学管理的执行中心及交换所,工作复杂,具有全面性及服务性特点,其管理水平决定了院校及系部整体发展。鉴于此,分析高职院校教学系部教务管理工作特点,研究当前工作存在的几点问题,针对创新与发展提出建议。

Educational administrative work in the department is the key to teaching activities in higher vocational colleges,and is the implementing and exchanging center of teaching management. The work is complicated with the characteristics of comprehensiveness and service, and the overall development of the department and the college is determined by its management level. The article analyzes characteristics of educational administrative work, studies some problems exiting in the current work and puts forward some suggestions about innovation and development.
