保肺抑纤汤抑制放射性肺损伤的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察保肺抑纤汤预防肺癌放射性肺损伤临床疗效及对血浆干扰素(IFN)-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-4和IL-13的水平表达的影响。方法 67例肺癌放疗患者分为2组:治疗组35例和对照组32例,对照组单纯三维适形放疗,治疗组采用放疗的同时服用保肺抑纤汤,在放射治疗开始、放射治疗结束,用酶联免疫吸附试验方法测定血清IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-13水平,并观察2组Th1/Th2变化,比较2组放疗结束后3个月放射性肺损伤发生率。结果保肺抑纤汤能提高肺癌放射治疗患者血浆IFN-γ水平,同时减少IL-4和IL-13水平,在放疗后3个月,治疗组放射性肺损伤发生率低于对照组。结论保肺抑纤汤可能通过调节Th1/Th2免疫反应减轻肺癌放疗患者放射性肺损伤的发生。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the lung protection decoction on the prevention of radiation-induced lung injury in lung cancer and its effect on plasma interferon(IFN)-γ, interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-13 expression levels. Methods Sixty-seven lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy were divided into the treat-ment group(n=35) and the control group(n=32). The control group was treated by the simple three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. The treatment group received radiotherapy while taking Chinese herbal medicine(lung protection decoction). At the baseline and end of radiotherapy, serum IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-13 levels were determined by ELISA method, and the changes of Th1/Th2 in the two groups were observed. The incidence of radiation-induced lung injury at three months after the radiotherapy was compared between the two groups. Results Lung protection decoction could increase the plasma IFN-γ level, and decrease plasma IL-4 and IL-13 levels in lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy. At 3 months after radiotherapy, the incidence of radiation-induced lung injury in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Lung protection decoction may regulate Th1/Th2 immune response to reduce the incidence of radiation-induced lung injury in lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy.
