一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病患者并发肺部感染的危险因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 急性一氧化碳中毒(acute carbon monoxide poisoning,ACMP)是北方冬季常见的疾病,可造成以中枢神经及心血管系统功能损害为主的多脏器损害。部分患者清醒后,经过2~60 d表现正常的"假愈期"而出现精神异常、痴呆、肢体僵直、失语、二便失禁、甚至昏迷等一组神经精神症状,称为急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning,DEACMP)。
