摘要
本文试图通过对经济增长理论的历史追溯(从古典经济增长理论,新古典经济增长理论,到新增长理论),从理论上系统地阐述人力资本概念与理论的形成及其在经济增长理论中地位的演变过程,最后提出了人力资本理论对中国经济增长的几点启示。
s:Through the analysis es of economic growth theories,including classical economic growth theory,new-classical growth theory and new growth theory,the authors systematically expatiate the concept and theory of human capital and the evolvement of its role in economic growth theory.At last the authors present some suggestions of China economic growth according to the theory of human capital.
