摘要
针对当前企业资源浪费严重的问题,运用动态物质流分析方法,分析流程型制造业中的物质流流动特性,找出流程中可能出现的物质积累环节,从经济和环境方面着手,引入反馈机制中的主反馈理论到动态物质流分析中,识别流程中物质积累现象对物质流动态模型造成影响的关键点,建立生产过程的动态物质流反馈模型,采用Matlab中的Simulink模块,实现系统输出端反馈到输入端的仿真。并以硼酸的生产流程为例,利用化合物B_2O_3的节点动态流量均值,分析其在系统中的流动情况,建立B_2O_3的动态仿真模型,找出对产品产出影响较大的流程单元,使企业在资源一定的情况下,通过流量控制,提高生产效率,最大化系统经济效益。
In order to solve the resource waste problem in enterprises,the substance flow analysis(SFA) method is adopted to analyze the substance flow characteristics in the manufacturing process and to identify the possible material accumulation process.The main feedback theory is introduced into the dynamic SFA to find out the critical point where the dynamic model is influenced by material accumulation and to establish the dynamic SFA feedback model of the manufacturing process.The Simulink module in Matlab platform is used to achieve the manufacturing process simulation from the input end to the output one.The dynamic flow mean value of B2O3 compound in the boric acid production process is introduced as a case study in this research to analyze the substance flow.The dynamic simulation model is established to identify the unit which influences most of the process’ s output.Finally,the aim is to improve the production efficiency and maximize economic benefit through the substance flow control based on a limited resource input.
