战略性新兴产业演化模型研究——基于技术与制度共同演化视角

The Study on Evolutionary Model for Strategic Emerging Industries:Based on Perspective of Technology and Institution Co-evolution

基于新熊彼特理论和技术与制度共同演化视角,综合考虑了战略性新兴产业在产业生命周期不同阶段的技术创新和制度支撑特征,在企业技术创新活动中引入公共部门和金融部门的制度因素,建立更符合战略性新兴产业演化发展的技术与制度共同演化模型。应用模型进行仿真研究,结果表明将制度创新用于扶持更注重技术创新的企业,能够更好地发挥技术与制度共同演化视角下技术与制度共同创新对战略性新兴产业发展的推动作用。

Based on Neo-Schumpeterian theory and the perspective of technology and institution co-evolution,the features of technology innovation and institution support at different stages of the strategic emerging industry life cycle are comprehensively considered.The institution factors of the public sector and financial sector to the technology innovation activities of enterprises are introduced to propose a technology and institution co-evolutionary model more suitable for strategic emerging industries.The model is analyzed by computer simulation.The results show that when institution innovation support the enterprises which pay more attention to technology innovation,co-innovation of technology and institution based on technology and institution co-evolution will promote the development of strategic emerging industry better.
