摘要
针对汽车管路胎具的机械化与自动化,基于UG平台开发自动弯曲胎具CAD系统,系统采用自动识别装配约束,自动规划出胎具的空间分布,并自动调整组件的空间位置,运用空间转换矩阵和UG/Open API函数实现胎具的自动化参数装配,在胎具装配的基础上,优化弯路的弯曲顺序和弯曲角度,达到设计要求,提高生产效率。
According to the mechanization and automation of clamping fixture for automotive pipeline, a CAD system based on UG platform was developed for automotive bending clamping fixture. The automatic recognition of assembly constraint, automatic judgement space position of clamping fixture, automatic adjust the space position of the components,flexible use of space conversion matrix and the UG/Open API function were applied to achieve the automation parameterization assembly of clamping fixture. And in the assembly process, the bending order and bending angle of detours were optimized to meet the design requirements and improve productivity.
